Midnight Music is a dynamic creative agency dedicated to promoting emerging Midwestern artists across various genres. We support these artists with tailored marketing and branding strategies, enabling them to identify and engage their core audiences effectively. Our Story
Founded in July 2022 by Nick Thompson and Luke Calder, Midnight Music began as an artist collective focused on bringing hip-hop to the live entertainment scene at Ohio University. Starting with house parties, the collective quickly expanded to venues, showcasing a unique roster of artists from across Ohio, each building a dedicated following.
In January 2023, Midnight Music secured its LLC status, marking a significant milestone. That spring, the team grew with the addition of three new members, further enhancing its capabilities.
Today, Midnight Music is a passionate creative agency with nine dedicated team members. We have worked with a variety of incredible artists, helping to bring their stories to the forefront. Our mission is to empower Midwest artists and ensure they receive the recognition they deserve on a global stage.
Our evolution from a small collective to a burgeoning agency is fueled by a passion for music and a dedication to supporting talented artists. At Midnight Music, we believe in the power of music to connect and inspire, and we are committed to amplifying the voices of Midwest artists.

Midnight Music has an impressive track record organizing energetic live events with associated marketing efforts. Our events are hosted at venues in Columbus and Athens, OH with more planned for Los Angeles.

Merchandise
Midnight Music has talented graphic designers dedicated to providing tailored branding for clothing design, production, and distribution. While our capacity is limited, we ensure that the merchandise we produce is of the highest quality, allowing artists to effectively promote their brand with unique and well-crafted items.
